This manual covers all aspects of Aquila PQMS, from system administration to daily usage. Different sections will be relevant to you based on your role and company type:

Ship Owner (Aquila Customer)

As the primary customer, you have access to all modules and administrative functions. Focus on:

• All administrative sections (Creating Projects, Channel Management, User Administration)
• All core modules (Plan Approval, FAT, NCR, Inspection, Schedule, Documents/Final Drawings)
• Full system configuration options

Shipyard Teams

As a responding company, focus on:

• Plan Approval Module (Response Process sections)
• NCR Module (Issue Resolution sections)
• FAT Module (Test Execution sections)
• Basic user access and navigation sections

Ship Owner Partners (Charterers, Consultants, Classification Societies)

As commenting companies, focus on:

• Plan Approval Module (Comment Process sections)
• Basic user access and navigation sections
• Relevant module sections based on your assigned role

Equipment Makers

Focus on:

• FAT Module sections
• Basic user access and navigation sections
• Plan Approval Module if assigned commenting rights

Note: The Documents/Final Drawings Module is typically only available to Ship Owners (Aquila Customers). Your specific access rights will be determined by your organization's Aquila administrator and the role you've been assigned.
