Overview
The NCR module provides a structured system for documenting and tracking quality issues identified during construction. It enables collaboration through channels defined by the Aquila customer:
- Ship Owner (Aquila Customer) - Creates and manages detailed reports of non-conformities, defines communication channels and company roles
- Third Party (Shipyard QA Team) - Reviews and responds to reported issues based on their assigned role in the channel configuration
The NCR module follows the communication pathways and permissions set up in the customer's channel management, ensuring proper workflow between Approving, Commenting, and Responding companies.
