• The system uses TLS/SSL encryption for all communications
• Infrastructure is built with Active-Active failover design
• Multiple availability zones ensure data redundancy

What happens if there's a system failure?

Aquila is built with redundancy in mind:

• The system operates across multiple data centers
• Uses Active-Active failover design
• Database backups are performed daily
• Backups are retained for more than 30 days

Can I control who sees what in my organization?

Yes, Aquila provides detailed access control:

• Administrators can set specific roles and permissions for users
• Access can be controlled at the project and module level
• Users can only access modules their role permits
• Personal email addresses are not allowed for security reasons
