Plan Approval: Add a Revision

1. Before draft comments for a plan can be added, a revision needs to be added. Click Add Revision or the adjacent + sign to the right of it.

   

2. Fill in the fields as prompted. If there is a file to go along with the revision, click Add attachments or drag and drop files for uploading. Then, click Add Revision.
